An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have in your profile. If you did not specify an e-mail address when you registered at Butt Ugly Neighbour, you will have to re-register for a new account. The e-mail will contain a URL to where you can specify a new password, as well as the IP and hostname of the computer used to request the password for security purposes.
